WSR are recruiting for an Interim Operations Director for our Client based in Devon.
Role Type: FTC - 12 months
Location: Cornwall / Bristol / Devon - Must be based close to any of these areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Driving improvements in operational performance, service delivery, and customer experience
- Conducting a deep dive into financial performance to uncover growth opportunities and cost efficiencies
- Motivating and supporting teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Overhauling workflows, staffing, and delivery mechanisms for better output
- Exploring untapped revenue streams and shaping new business opportunities
- Providing strategic insight while remaining hands-on in execution
- Representing the business to key internal and external stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Significant leadership experience as a Managing Director or senior operations lead
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management capability
