🔹 Total Controls Leadership – Lead the integration of cost, schedule, and risk management across a multibillion-pound programme

🔹 Performance Management – Implement earned value and reporting systems that drive executive-level decision-making

🔹 Team Building – Lead and mentor a high-calibre controls team focused on quality, consistency, and delivery insight

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align controls with commercial, delivery, and planning teams to ensure unified execution

🔹 Governance Excellence – Ensure compliance with NEC contract standards and best-practice controls frameworks

🧠 What You Bring

✔ Proven success managing project controls across major infrastructure/transport/rail (£500m+ scale)

✔ Mastery of cost control, risk, and planning tools — including Primavera P6 and ideally Power BI

✔ Strong consultancy approach — confident advising clients and senior stakeholders

✔ Track record building and leading teams in dynamic, high-stakes project environments

✔ Experience with NEC3/NEC4 and structured project governance frameworks
