We’re partnering with a high-impact reg-tech business on a retained search for a Head of Data — a pivotal leadership role at the heart of their ongoing digital transformation.

This is a company where data is the product. Their platform helps global enterprises and government bodies stay compliant and make smarter risk decisions — and you’ll be the one shaping the future of that data.

As Head of Data, you’ll have full ownership of the data architecture, platform, and vendors — including P&L accountability. You’ll lead and scale a small but mighty team, partner closely with Product to launch data-led features, and have the green light to build a data science function from the ground up.

Due to the types of data involved, we’re looking for a leader who recognises the importance of data governance and quality — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidence in how data is used across the business.

You’ll also work closely with customers. While this company is not a consultancy, the Head of Data will need to understand how customers interact with the product — and therefore how data must be structured, accessed, and surfaced to create the most value.

Our client is London based but offers very flexible working hybrid working. You\’ll be required to be in the office on a weekly basis, without any set days.
