We’re hiring a Technical Team Lead for a cutting-edge company delivering secure, scalable software solutions to some of the UK’s most security-conscious organisations. If you’re a hands-on leader with a background in secure systems or government projects, this is a unique opportunity to shape critical technology in the national interest.

About the Role:

You’ll lead an agile engineering team responsible for building collaboration tools used across government and defence sectors. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll guide architecture, mentor developers, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of secure applications.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience leading Agile/Scrum software teams
• Strong technical foundation in Java and modern cloud-native infrastructure
• Background in secure systems, ideally within the intelligence, government, or defence sector
• SC or DV clearance (current or lapsed) highly desirable
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• British passport (essential)

This role would particularly suit someone who currently holds or has previously held UK security clearance and is familiar with the rigour of working on classified or sensitive systems.
