They are seeking an experienced Logistics & Shipping Coordinator / Team Leader to oversee their specialised logistics operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant movement of high-value, delicate items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of fine art, working closely with specialist art handlers, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
- Ensure safe packaging, handling, and transportation of artworks, adhering to industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate stock records, coordinate with storage facilities, and ensure secure storage of high-value items.
- Prepare and manage detailed shipping documentation (invoices, condition reports, packing lists, customs documentation) ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
