Where: Canterbury Hours: Full-time with overtime available Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 with O.T.E of £50k plus Who can apply: 1 year minimum experience in electrical engineering/mechanical or experience within wastewater/water industry. The Service Engineer is a very responsible customer-facing role that requires a great deal of communication and technical ability, as well as a sound understanding of customer care and the systems operated by the company. The Service Engineer is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of work allocated to them and reporting back as directed by company procedures that work has been completed satisfactorily and to the satisfaction of the customer and the company. Benefits Saturday (Optional Overtime) 1.5x Sunday x2 Overnight if required – £35 per night payment (this is not for food) £100 per month attendance bonus for full attendance. Up to additional £100 per month on additional sales leads bonus. During the first 8 weeks, they will be required to travel and stay in locations in the UK to accommodate training; hotels and food are paid for by the business. Company van and Tablet Leave: 33 days (including bank holidays) Pension: 5% Kingspan smart save (discounts). Tasks Carry out monthly stock takes on van stock or stock at stored lockups Deliver good customer service at all times, including service plans and upgrade options Obtain tasks using PDA Software as provided and trained to use Carry out risk assessments on each job as required Report and carry out any other requests required of your line manager.
