Your Role: Reporting to the Global Brand Director, you'll manage the full product lifecycle—developing, launching, and optimising products in line with strategy, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead product launches from concept to completion
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy
- Develop NPD plans with clear brand positioning
- Support with brochures, packaging, and POS material
- Manage post-launch reviews and range improvements
- Provide product briefs, training, and demos
- Monitor margins, pricing, and product performance
- Handle sample coordination, QC issues, and NAV/web updates
- Oversee range rationalisation and bespoke product development
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Experience in a similar product management role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally NAV
