This hybrid role offers a perfect blend of home and office-based working, plus reduced hours in school holidays – ideal for balancing high performance with real-life priorities.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with schools across Cheshire to understand and support their staffing needs
• Sourcing, screening, and placing quality teaching & support staff
• Managing the full recruitment cycle — from candidate onboarding to client relationship management
• Driving business development through leads, social media engagement, and relationship building
• Staying ahead of sector trends to offer clients strategic insight

• Experience in education or recruitment (or both!)
• Confidence with business development, compliance, and relationship building
