HAIL Partners is working with a leading global Private Equity firm who is seeking a driven and hands-on Recruitment Associate to join its high-performing in-house recruitment team.
Working directly with and supporting the Recruitment Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in the full recruitment lifecycle across the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Recruitment Manager to execute full-cycle recruitment processes across investment, operations, and corporate functions.
- Manage searches from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding for roles at Director level and below.
- Build strong internal relationships across the business to understand hiring needs and drive solutions.
- Execute direct sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing as part of a team-led approach.
- Support diversity hiring efforts and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and systems to ensure process integrity and compliance.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, with a combination of agency and in-house exposure.
- Experience recruiting within financial services.
- Strong conviction in your desire to work in recruitment, particularly within a dynamic and high-touch private equity environment.
- Confident, collaborative, and thoughtful – with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest or exposure to a range of functions and asset classes – open to breadth and variety.
- Strong alignment with a team-based culture; proactive in contributing to branding and broader people initiatives.
