Role overview: We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Organic Growth Marketer to help build scalable, data-driven campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. You will work cross-functionally to identify high-impact opportunities, test new channels, and refine what works.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across LLMO, SEO, organic social, email and content.
- Implement brand building strategies to enhance Ryft's recognition, visibility, and memorability among our target audience.
- Experiment to find the best ways to generate demand from key accounts and convert interest into opportunities.
- Use tools like Pipedrive, Google Analytics, Clay, Customer.io, Hotjar and ahrefs (or similar) to execute, track and report performance.
- Identify trends and run tests based on market signals and feedback from sales.
- Collaborate with the team to tailor messaging across personas and verticals.
- Work with external agencies or freelancers when needed to scale campaigns or fill gaps.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in growth marketing or similar, ideally in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn and iterate quickly.
- A/B testing mindset - always looking to optimise.
