About the Role
As an Electrical Sales Coordinator, you will manage our small to medium quote portfolio and enhance our customer care operations. This role is crucial in converting opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Support: Process and follow up on quotes under £4,500; Convert opportunities through proactive follow-up and relationship-building; Support the core sales team with quote preparation and administrative tasks.
- Customer Care: Conduct regular check-in calls with existing clients; Manage the renewal process for existing clients; Handle client queries and coordinate with technical teams; Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication; Support the implementation of customer feedback systems.
- Administrative Support (20%): Assist with quote preparation and documentation; Maintain accurate records in Pipedrive CRM; Generate sales reports and analytics if required; Provide general administrative support to the sales team; Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
