We are delighted to be recruiting for our client who are a genuine market leader, design and manufacturing a range of engineered solutions for a global brand network. Working within the wider engineering team you will be supporting the improvement of the companys Quality Management Systems & Processes, this includes; Ensure that all Customer quality requirements are complied with during manufacture Ensure total customer satisfaction by resolving external and internal concerns promptly using appropriate continuous improvement methodology (PDCA/8D) Responsibility for making informed decisions regarding line stoppages due to quality problems Control of Sample Approval of new Product, including PPAP & FAI documentation What we are looking for Experience gained within a similar role Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP Knowledge of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 is highly desirable
