JOB TITLE: Research Director (Qualitative)
SALARY: Up to £80k

THE COMPANY

The client is an award winning research consultancy, working on projects around the globe. They utilize data, technology and creativity combined with cutting edge research techniques to provide sharp thinking for some of the world\’s biggest brands in a variety of sectors.

They are currently looking to bring in a Associate Director, who has experience in working on quantitative projects.

KEY DUTIES

• Lead and manage strategic insight projects, guide teams, nurture talent, and build strong client relationships.
• Deliver commercially focused, story-led outputs, combining methods, strategic thinking, and confident client presentations.
• Drive business growth through proposals, innovation, internal improvements, and thought leadership across industry platforms.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Over five years\’ experience with broad client and category exposure.
• Skilled qual practitioner, detail-focused yet strategic, adaptable, and effective in mixed method project teams.
• Leads client growth, writes winning proposals, develops talent, and brings added value through specialist methodologies.
