Key Responsibilities

• Lead origination efforts and build long-term sourcing channels across the UK and Europe
• Develop and structure bespoke credit solutions for asset-heavy or cash-generative businesses
• Oversee execution of deals from initial contact through diligence, structuring, and closing
• Maintain senior-level relationships with borrowers, advisors, and capital partners
• Present investment opportunities and strategies to internal stakeholders and partners
• Support broader strategic initiatives and portfolio development

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in private credit, structured finance, or special situations investing
• Proven origination track record, with deep networks in relevant sectors or markets
• Strong structuring and underwriting skills across a range of asset-backed credit transactions
• Commercial mindset, able to identify and execute on complex investment opportunities
• Confident in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with a lean team structure
