🌟 We're Hiring: Administrator 🌟

Join our team at Askham Bryan College in York! We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to provide administrative support for our Accommodation, Conferencing and Transport Department 📚🚍🎉

Salary: £23,160 – £23,815 per annum, pro rata on a fixed term contract 💷

What you'll do:

  • Assist with student accommodation and bus pass allocations 🚗
  • Help coordinate conferences and room bookings 🏨
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors 🤝
  • Ensure smooth transport arrangements and handle event logistics 🚌🎤
  • Manage key stock for residences and maintain accurate records 🔑
  • Show prospective clients around our facilities and assist with event coordination 📅

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills 💬
  • Experience in customer service or office administration 🧑‍💼
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel 💻
  • A good eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once 📝

Bonus points if you have:

  • Event or hospitality experience 🎉
