π We're Hiring: Administrator π
Join our team at Askham Bryan College in York! Weβre looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to provide administrative support for our Accommodation, Conferencing and Transport Department πππ
Salary: Β£23,160 β Β£23,815 per annum, pro rata on a fixed term contract π·
What you'll do:
- Assist with student accommodation and bus pass allocations π
- Help coordinate conferences and room bookings π¨
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors π€
- Ensure smooth transport arrangements and handle event logistics ππ€
- Manage key stock for residences and maintain accurate records π
- Show prospective clients around our facilities and assist with event coordination π
What weβre looking for:
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills π¬
- Experience in customer service or office administration π§βπΌ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel π»
- A good eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once π
Bonus points if you have:
- Event or hospitality experience π
- Experience with database systems π₯οΈ
