Join our team at Askham Bryan College in York! We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to provide administrative support for our Accommodation, Conferencing and Transport Department 📚🚍🎉
Salary: £23,160 – £23,815 per annum, pro rata on a fixed term contract 💷
What you'll do:
- Assist with student accommodation and bus pass allocations 🚗
- Help coordinate conferences and room bookings 🏨
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors 🤝
- Ensure smooth transport arrangements and handle event logistics 🚌🎤
- Manage key stock for residences and maintain accurate records 🔑
- Show prospective clients around our facilities and assist with event coordination 📅
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills 💬
- Experience in customer service or office administration 🧑💼
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel 💻
- A good eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once 📝
Bonus points if you have:
- Event or hospitality experience 🎉
- Experience with database systems 🖥️
