You’ll liaise closely with Support to ensure we’re doing the correct things to maximise customer happiness, but know that we can’t be solely focused on the tactical needs of customers and miss the big strategic changes.

Work closely with Professional Services to ensure that customers value the service element of your partner offering. You’ll work closely with the ‘back office’ parts of Ciphr to ensure their positive contribution to your partner’s success.
