Job Description
McCall Ltd (Rec2Rec) are working with a well-known, established, education recruitment agency that offer a working from home model as they are looking to increase their coverage across the country.
The ideal candidate must live in London or the Home Counties. This is essential as you must be able to meet candidates in person to verify documents that cannot be checked digitally.
This opportunity isn’t for everyone! It’s fully remote, full-time, five-days per week. The idea may sound great, but the reality can be lonely…
This is an amazing opportunity where you'll inherit c150 days per week HOWEVER you need to be:
- An experienced education recruitment consultant (c4+ years’ experience working in an education recruitment agency)
- Based in and around London
- Ideally Primary and/ or SEN
- A proven, successful biller
- Self-driven
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable working alone
Hiring the right talent is important so my client is open to salary and expectations.
You will have the freedom, having full autonomy to run 'your business' as you wish. In return, you will have the support of a branch network and other home workers with regular contact via Teams with a Director.
