Role – We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinklr Implementation Consultant to join our client’s team and lead the successful deployment and integration of Sprinklr's Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Sprinklr configurations and implementations, excellent client-facing communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital and social media ecosystems.

Key skills:

• 6+ years of experience with Sprinklr, including platform configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing workflows, and customer experience strategies.
• Experience in managing enterprise client relationships and leading software implementations.
• Technical proficiency in areas such as APIs, integrations, data mapping, and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Sprinklr certification(s) strongly preferred.
• Consulting background is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written)
• Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Sprinklr solutions across social media management, customer care, marketing, and listening.
• Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable and effective Sprinklr configurations.
• Customize and configure modules such as Publishing, Engagement, Care, Listening, Reporting, and Governance.
• Conduct discovery sessions, requirement-gathering workshops, and training sessions for client stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless data integration with client systems including CRMs, analytics tools, and customer support platforms.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support) to address complex technical issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization guidance.
