Your new role
As Category Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and growing product categories. You will take control of a specific category of products, and become expert in that area, using your knowledge and customer insight to drive sales growth, directly impacting the on-site customer journey and experience.
What you\βll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar e-commerce merchandising role (1 year minimum), and be proven in your ability to: own category templates and visual merchandising, analyse data to optimise results based on customer interactions, contribute to the ongoing development of merchandising processes, work with internal stakeholders including commercial and marketing to manage Promotions, and more.
You will have excellent attention to detail and understand the importance of data accuracy, have strong tech skills with the ability to learn new platforms and tools, strong written skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you will be encouraged to bring your ideas and can-do attitude to bear.
