With commercial operations underway and growth plans accelerating, the team is now hiring a strategic finance lead to support the founders across commercial finance, fundraising and financial planning.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the financial direction of a fast-growing climate venture, working directly with the founders and playing a central role in scaling the business.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage dynamic financial models across business and project lines
• Partner with founders to shape fundraising strategy, prepare investment materials and data rooms
• Model capital deployment, dilution and investment structures to support strategic decision-making
• Lead cashflow forecasting, scenario planning and financial analysis
• Create board reporting packs and track performance against key financial metrics
• Lead budgeting and cost tracking across teams and geographies
• Manage and oversee accounts to ensure accurate, up-to-date records
• Improve financial systems and processes to support scale

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 6 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking or consulting, ideally with exposure to startups and fundraising
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience supporting capital raising and financial planning at an early-stage company
• Proactive and entrepreneurial, able to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
• Passion for climate solutions and delivering impact through business
