Residential Lettings & Block Manager
Location: Central London (Hybrid/Flexible Working)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Performance Bonus

A leading independent property management and advisory firm is seeking a Residential Lettings & Block Manager to oversee a prestigious Central London residential portfolio on behalf of a long-standing, high-profile real estate investor.
This is a rare opportunity to manage some of the capital’s most exclusive residential blocks and super-prime apartments, delivering best in class service to residents, owners, and stakeholders.
My client is one of London’s most established independent property advisory and management firms, with over three decades of experience managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets for institutional and private clients.
The portfolio covers four super prime residential blocks in Central London & 8 super prime residential flats (individual units). These buildings represent some of the most desirable postcodes in London.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage both day-to-day operations and lettings activity across a high-end residential portfolio
- Deliver full block and tenancy management, including renewals, viewings, and compliance
- Oversee service charge budgeting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure full health & safety compliance (FRA, EICR, water testing, etc.)
- Conduct regular site inspections and produce detailed reporting
- Serve as the key point of contact for a highly reputable investor client and liaise with agents, residents, and contractors
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in residential lettings and block management, ideally in Central London
- Strong knowledge of service charge and leasehold management
- Understanding of health & safety compliance and statutory reporting#
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- IRPM and/or ARLA qualifications (or working towards) preferred
