Client: Working throughout several sectors including commercial, residential, education, the business has seen a significant amount of growth in the last 5 years. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principles, the business expects 2025 to be a similar period of growth. After a successful year they are now looking to increase turnover to £200M, consequently they are looking to expand their operations team. Despite their size, my client is a family owned and run business and this is a trait they pride themselves on with well over 80% of their clients using them on multiple occasions because of the nature of the business.
Role: Electrical Site Manager - Canary Wharf - £70,000 - £80,000 + Travel + Package (DOE)
The project is a large commercial fit out circa £20m+ M&E.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)
- Short term programming
- Health & Safety (RAMS)
- Technical Submissions
- Sub-contractor coordination
- Management of commissioning stages
- Quality Assurance
- Liaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractors
- Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and client
The ideal candidate:
- Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of Electrical services
- Commercial fit out experience is a must
- Must have SMSTS
- Experience managing projects to a minimum of £2M within your own discipline
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role
