We’re recruiting for a successful Lancashire based B2B services looking for a Marketing Director to lead a marketing team and support multiple business units to develop and deliver high-impact marketing activity. Acting as a centralised marketing function you’ll manage external marketing agencies, oversee thought leadership initiatives, and drive demand-generation efforts that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across multiple business units.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, helping drive commercial objectives through marketing.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of six marketing professionals.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including digital, content, events, and demand generation.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and execution.
  • Drive brand positioning and messaging, maintaining consistency across all business units.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimise marketing performance and refine strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of thought leadership content, including whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
  • Manage budgets, track campaign performance, and ensure compliance with high-quality standards.

  • Experienced in marketing, with a background in a major agency or in-house marketing leadership role.
