Location β UK-wide travel across client sites
As an Air Hygiene Technician, you will support client sites by providing fully compliant testing and inspection in air hygiene. At adi Environmental, we offer opportunities for further specialist training such as LEV qualifications, as well as additional training in water hygiene and treatment to advance your career.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting fire damper testing and basic remedial work, such as replacement of fusible links and the installation of access doors.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of air handling units (AHUs) and ventilation ductwork systems, documenting findings via a comprehensive report.
- Completing surveys of all types of ventilation systems and provide comprehensive reports including any recommended remedial works.
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Qualification in fire damper testing accredited by IFSM, CITB, or C&G.
- Previous experience in fire damper testing and basic remedial work.
- Previous experience in providing survey, cleaning, and maintenance works to all types of ventilation systems.
- The ability to showcase good knowledge of underpinning legislative requirements.
- Full UK driving license is required.
