We're delighted to announce exciting opportunities for Specialist Customer Service Advisors to join the Adult Social Care service within the Supporting People Team at Warwickshire County Council. In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for vulnerable adults and their families, providing high-quality, responsive support. This includes offering accurate information and advice, signposting to appropriate services, and carrying out initial problem-solving - all with empathy and professionalism.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering a county-wide Adult Social Care service as part of a collaborative, supportive team
- Responding to enquiries from the public, internal departments, and external agencies
- Assessing needs, identifying risks, and escalating where necessary
- Using multiple digital systems (Firmstep, Five9, Microsoft applications) to log and manage interactions
- Ensuring each individual feels heard, respected, and supported
