We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading engineering firm based in the heart of the Cotswolds, The role supports the growth of our client by helping us continuously improve our engineering capabilities, our operational efficiency and the service we provide to our customers. All aspects of front end engineering including but not limited to NPI review and management, drawing review, ECR/ECN/DCR raise and review, deviation and concession management supporting quotation, procurement with part and alternative reviews and all aspects to support products through to stable production. Use 8D or other recognised problem-solving methodology for manufacturing issues to eliminate recurring waste(s) by identifying root cause and implementing resolutions.
