The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior FX Options Dealer to lead strategic client engagements and deliver sophisticated options-based hedging solutions. You’ll report directly into the founders and be instrumental in growing our derivatives desk – taking ownership of structuring, pricing, and trading tailored FX options strategies for corporate clients. Backed by a team of skilled BDMs providing a consistent flow of high-quality leads, your focus will be delivering best-in-class trading solutions, deepening client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements and originate FX Options flow from a portfolio of international corporates.
- Design, structure, and execute bespoke FX Options strategies (vanilla and structured).
- Act as lead risk advisor and pricing authority for FX Options – from pre-trade analysis to execution.
- Engage senior client stakeholders with market insights, scenario modelling, and hedging simulations.
- Collaborate with BDMs to convert qualified meetings into revenue-generating relationships.
- Maintain strong market awareness to advise clients on strategy adjustments and risk management.
- Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities across our full FX and payments product suite.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience trading or structuring FX Options for corporate clients.
- Deep understanding of FX derivatives, risk modelling, and options pricing.
- Proven track record in driving high-value, revenue-generating relationships.
- FCA Level 3 minimum (Level 4 preferred; sponsorship available).
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to simplify complex products.
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset with a sharp commercial focus.
- Strong client network in the FX, treasury, or corporate hedging space.
