An exciting opportunity is here for beauty lovers with soul, creativity, and leadership flair. This summer, an internationally acclaimed makeup artist is launching her cult-followed beauty brand at Liberty London — and we’re looking for a bold and inspiring Counter Manager to lead the way.

If you live and breathe colour, storytelling, and artistry — and believe beauty should be a celebration of self — this is your moment.

About the Role

As the Counter Manager for this premium beauty brand’s UK launch, you’ll be the heartbeat of the counter — building a space that feels more like a creative studio than a traditional retail environment. From guiding your team to mastering masterclasses with the founder herself, you’ll help shape the brand’s story from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of passionate artists, encouraging individuality, warmth, and excellence
  • Deliver personalised service that champions self-expression and makes every client feel truly seen
  • Drive sales and loyalty through storytelling, artistry, and exceptional service
  • Partner closely with education, marketing, and operations teams to bring activations to life
  • Maintain a visually stunning, well-run counter that reflects the creative ethos of the brand

What You’ll Bring

  • Beauty retail management experience in premium or boutique environments
  • A love of artistry, colour theory, and high-performance makeup
  • Confidence as a storyteller and team motivator
  • A nurturing, client-first mindset and a genuine passion for people
  • An entrepreneurial spirit ready to grow something exciting from the ground up

This is a permanent, full-time position launching in summer 2025. Lead the artistry. Build the culture. Be the first face of something beautiful. Apply now.
