As a Private Client Legal Secretary, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Private Client team, including diary management, billing prep, and call screening.
- Typing correspondence, opening files, managing incoming and outgoing post, and ensuring all documentation is accurately filed.
- Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, particularly during sensitive legal processes such as Wills, Probate, or LPAs.
