Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting a leading UK law firm with the appointment of an experienced Paralegal to join their highly regarded Personal & Family team, based in Edinburgh. With strong growth over the past few years and a reputation for excellence across legal disciplines, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated paralegal to develop their career within a top-tier private client practice.

This role will see you manage your own caseload and support a busy team on a broad range of matters, including:

  • Executry and trust administration (including high-value and taxable estates)
  • Asset protection and capital gains tax mitigation
  • Guardianship administration
  • Drafting wills and powers of attorney
  • Regular client contact (individuals, executors, trustees and institutions)
  • Working closely with solicitors, partners, tax and trust specialists

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a private client or family law team
  • Confident managing a busy caseload and working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent client care skills, with a high level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and written communication
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a genuine interest in personal legal matters
  • Experience with case management systems is beneficial, though full training will be provided
