Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges within specific functional domains.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments, to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and end-users, to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Define and document functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate stakeholder feedback sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including training and change management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in specific functional domains (e.g., Salesforce FSC, Service Cloud, Voice, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate complex business processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and business analysis best practices.
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools, process modeling tools, and Jira, Confluence.
