Our leading FMCG client based in central London is looking for an International Brand Manager responsible, primarily, for European markets and a portfolio of brands. It will be the responsibility of the International Brand Manager to lead the marketing and NPD efforts across the regions and directly manage agencies in each territory and through appointed distributors. Where distributors are not used, the International Brand Manager will be an extension of the local brand marketing team.
With all-round consumer marketing skills and ideally some experience in digital comms, the International Brand Manager must display exceptional skills in developing winning, insight led, brand plans that drive brand equity and revenue growth. With ambitious targets to hit, we’re looking for someone who can accelerate brand growth; a brand enthusiast who brings energy and positivity to the wider team.
The role will require some international travel within Europe. The role will be a fixed term contract for 2 years with a review thereafter.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Ideal profile is someone with solid international brand management experience, enhanced by some time spent in a local market.
- Sound commerciality and analytical strength.
- Ability to manage a significant number of projects concurrently – this is a very busy and varied role.
- Some trade marketing experience would be helpful but is not mandatory.
- A go getter, works well under pressure, able to push back and challenge sales teams.
- Someone up for the challenge and wanting to take this as a great learning opportunity for internal progression.
