What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations including stock control, banking, and compliance
- Lead by example, coaching a passionate team to deliver first-class customer experiences
- Champion high standards in visual merchandising and seasonal promotions
- Step into leadership when needed, confidently managing the store in the Store Manager’s absence
