What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Leading & inspiring – Coach, develop, and manage a team of specialist recruitment consultants, ensuring they thrive in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Managing your own desk – Stay hands-on by running your own recruitment desk, leading by example in sales and delivery.
