To achieve our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for individuals who are looking for to progress their Sales career. Here at Michael Bailey, we will train, develop, and support you, rewarding your successes and creating opportunities for you to progress.
An insight into a typical recruitment day
- You will be based in the London office (Shoreditch) working on the European markets.
- As a Recruitment Consultant your role is to work with both employers and job seekers to find a successful match.
- On the candidate side you will manage the process of sourcing, pre-screening and hopefully securing them their next position.
- On the client side you will seek out those open vacancies, listen to their requirements, find the best candidates, and manage the interview process.
- You will use and enhance your Business Development and Sales skills as well as developing Account Management skills.
Ideal background and experience
- Must be self-motivated and a desire to want to succeed.
- Resilience. Must be able to adapt to setbacks.
- A team player.
- Experience in 360 recruitment, ideally with a focus on European Markets
- Any Sales experience would be an additional bonus.
- Due to the international nature of our business and culture, Fluent English is essential and French or German is advantageous.
