We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Tech Team Member to help elevate our brand through engaging and effective store visits.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver product training sessions to retail staff across multiple store locations.
- Conduct regular in-store coaching to improve brand and product knowledge.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity in store.
- Support retail launches, promotional and B2B events, and call centre training.
- Passion for tech
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and coach others in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
