We're currently looking for a Product Manager to join our Surgical Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of ophthalmic innovation and make a real impact in the healthcare and med-tech industry.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As the Surgical Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading brand and portfolio strategy for our surgical product lines. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, clinical, international marketing, and strategic accounts teams to drive commercial success across the UK.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies for medical devices and capital equipment
• Building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), societies, and healthcare organizations
• Localising marketing content and tools to support physician education and outreach
• Leading market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation
• Supporting and managing budgets for digital and event-based marketing campaigns
• Driving collaboration across regional and global stakeholders to align marketing with business goals
• Measuring the performance of marketing initiatives using KPIs and ROI metrics

• Proven experience in healthcare or med-tech, ideally with capital equipment and consumables exposure
