MF Creative & Style is a fashion-forward creative studio led by Mariamu Fundi, working across editorial styling, campaign direction, and brand storytelling. We’ve styled global names and produced standout visuals for luxury, fashion, and cultural clients, including The Evening Standard, Golda Rosheuvel, Tiwa Savage, The Guardian, and more. We exist to amplify bold, intersectional stories through fashion.

artnerships Lead to represent the studio, build client relationships, and generate new opportunities across fashion, beauty, media, and culture.

t as the face and voice of MF Creative in the business development space—pitching, negotiating, and nurturing creative partnerships and commissions. You understand the value of styling and creative direction in today’s visual economy and know how to connect that value with the right clients.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as agent or assistant agent, creative producer, or talent rep in fashion, media, or entertainment. Proven tr

• ack record in securing talent for clients

• You have a strong network and client book list to share immediately
• You know the UK creative market well (and international clients are a plus).
• You’re proactive, strategic, and fluent in creative lingo.
• You believe in the power of underrepresented stories told beautifully.
• A natural connector with experience in agency, talent rep, or production roles
• Based in London or able to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings
• Someone who understands the fashion, beauty, and editorial landscape
• Confident in business negotiation, and relationship-building
• Excited about building something meaningful and stylish from the ground up
