Our client is a leading name in the manufacture of building materials. They have a solid brand name, an amazing team with many staff members having longevity through the business. Now is the time to capitalise on these amazing foundations and the plan is to grow and strengthen their current market offering.
The role of Sales Administration Manager is a new addition to the team, with the focus of maximising people, resources and systems to add sales. This diverse role will give plenty of opportunities to fully immerse yourself into all areas of the business and support the business with their growth plans.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maximise project opportunities from external databases – download and coordinate who should be following up on them and tracking all tasks completed.
- Managing new opportunities on workflow management system and tracking who is dealing with them.
- Be a super user of external project tracking software to understand how to gain the right opportunities.
- Working closely with estimating and sales team including managers in these departments.
- Produce all reports on project pipeline, opportunities won and lost.
- Gain market insights to understand business that has been lost and changes that can be made.
- Be a part of the project team for a new CRM system coming in next year and become a super user.
