Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a dynamic and proactive CRM Executive to join their Marketing & Business Development team in London. This role focuses on supporting business as usual and long-term strategic projects on their CRM system, Intapp OnePlace. The successful candidate will be instrumental in improving the effectiveness of marketing, sales, and client management efforts through insights, data analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user adoption and usage KPIs using OnePlace reports and dashboards.
- Maintain high levels of system, data, compliance, and best-practice standards.
- Build relationships with users to understand their roles, priorities, and business objectives.
- Continuously improve training programs and incorporate case studies and success stories.
- Keep training and self-service materials up-to-date.
- Communicate and train on key system upgrades, improvements, and integrations.
- Advise users on GDPR compliance and recommend processes for collecting consent.
- Develop a deep understanding of key usersβ objectives and needs.
Your Experience:
- Previous experience working with a Contact Management System and within a Marketing team in a professional services firm.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally using OnePlace or Salesforce.

- Experience developing and delivering training using various platforms/methods.
