Work for a law firm with its roots firmly in the London real estate scene.

Established over 30 years ago, this specialist commercial property law firm in are seeking a 2-3 PQE Real Estate Solicitor.

Because of their specialism, they’re the go to law firm for both FTSE 100 companies and HNWI. They represent a variety of property developers, investment funds, corporate and retail occupiers, and private investors based in the UK, Europe and the US.

There will be lots of variety. Including plenty of landlord and tenant work and sales and acquisitions. They don’t do residential conveyancing.

Recent examples of deals include: a £25m+ portfolio acquisition; retail lettings for a shopping centre; and the acquisition and development of a strategic land site.

You will be given lots of support.

You will have 2 Senior Solicitors between you and the Partners, meaning there will always be someone on hand for any quick questions and queries.

They’re a team of 15 Solicitors and several of the Partners previously trained with international law firms. As you progress in seniority, they will supervise and train you on more complex transactions, so you can become a well rounded Commercial Real Estate Solicitor – exactly what you’ll need if you want to make Partner one day.

The firm has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a low staff turnover. You’ll always be encouraged to ask questions and be curious.

This is a hybrid role. The firm are based in London’s West End, and you’ll be expected to go into the office 3 days a week.

What you’ll need

• 2- 3 PQE in Commercial Real Estate.
• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Worked on landlord and tenant matters and sales and acquisitions.
