NEOS are currently working with a great Plant Company in West London who are looking for a Workshop Foreman. They are a growing organisation with a great name within the sector supplying to dealers & OEM's across the UK with multiple depots.
The day to day role of the Workshop Foreman will be overseeing the day to day running of Hire Team Fitters and will report directly to the Workshop Manager. The Workshop Foreman role is a pivotal role within the business, ensuring the quality and the outputs are being matched to make sure clients are happy!
The candidate will be someone who wants to be Workshop based and has ideally been in a Managerial role previously. Please do apply if you haven't been a Foreman previously as the business would be able to train and develop an experienced candidate into management. The Candidate:- Qualified Mechanic
- An experienced Foreman or Plant Engineer
- Based in a commutable location to West London
- A can do attitude
- Manage the Fitters within your remit of the Workshop
- Inspect and check all Plant Attachments so that they are fit for Hire.
- Adapt & overcome faults and assist team members if needed, to diagnose issues.
- Support the Workshop Manager with all H&S requirements.
