Are you a logistics pro who thrives on solving complex problems, optimizing operations, and owning end-to-end processes? We’re on the lookout for a Logistics Specialist to join our fast-paced team and take charge of inbound logistics across Europe and the UK.

If you’ve got 5+ years in logistics, deep knowledge of customs compliance, and a passion for making supply chains run like clockwork — this is your moment.

What You’ll Own:

• Coordinate multimodal freight (road, air, sea) across UK & EU
• Ensure bulletproof customs compliance (UK + EU)
• Partner with 3PLs to drive warehouse performance & accuracy
• Optimize logistics costs, lead times & operational efficiency
• Lead and support one Logistics Coordinator
• Be the go-to for internal stakeholders and external logistics partners
• Report on key metrics to influence strategy and performance

You Bring:

• 5+ years in high-impact logistics roles or top global logistics firms
• Mastery of EU & UK customs procedures
• Experience managing 3PLs, freight providers, and logistics tools
• Confident, organised, and great at working independently
• A strong communicator who thrives in a cross-functional environment

Desirable:

• Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain
• Certifications like APICS or CILT
• Familiarity with logistics tech/tools
