We’re seeking an individual with experience in a similar property management role and the ability to form excellent professional relationships. Property is a fast-paced sector, so we need a person who can work quickly and accurately on our IT systems, with excellent spelling and grammar. You will possess a MTPI professional property qualification. Here at Centrick, we support your professional development and career progression. You will split your time between working from home, in the office and across allocated sites. You’ll have a background in Residential Property Management and a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships. You’ll be confident in building a strong rapport with residents, contractors, and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. You will hold an MTPI qualification (or be working towards one), at Centrick, we actively support your professional development and career progression. Manage all aspects of property management, from onboarding new developments to overseeing ongoing maintenance and compliance. Financial Management: Set and monitor yearly budgets, ensure service charge collections, and agree on year-end accounts. Ensure all properties adhere to the latest health and safety regulations and industry best practices. Conduct regular site visits, attend resident meetings, and proactively address any issues to maintain property standards.
