Are you a Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Lawyer looking to join a leading TOP 500 Kent practice working 2-3 days a week from home? You will be joining a team of 8 staff/lawyers dealing with mixed Residential Property work which includes freehold & leasehold sales/purchases, joint ownerships, re-mortgages, equity releases/transfers, BTL and plot and auction sales. Any additional experience with residential lease extensions or development work would be an added bonus.
The successful individual will be working as part of the Residential Property team managing their own caseload using the firm's Case Management system. You will be expected to provide a good service to clients and be comfortable in your ability working to targets (bonus included). Individuals should have property experience gained at either an established regional or London practice.
