Digital Construction - Account and Planning Manager (London - hybrid)

We are seeking a suitable champion to lead this charge and support success for all.We use new digital technologies across 3D, 4D, CGI, AI, ML, real-time engines like Unreal and Unity, visualisation, web etc combined with traditional design and construction tools and data like photogrammetry, survey, CAD and sketches from packages like Autodesk, Bentley, Trimble, Synchro etc.While this is not a technical role, our champion will be comfortable working with and talking to and selling the value of these new capabilities to some of the smartest leaders in the industry across delivery agencies , constructors, OEMs, operators and maintainers to improve outcomes and create a sustainable future.As Digital Construction – Account & Planning Manager, you’ll drive outcomes within our construction clients in London. To drive efficiency and certainty across programme, approvals, decisions, integration, stakeholders, communications, reputation, compliance, culture, safety, audits and risk. Capturing and demonstrating these results to clients.You will support the delivery of digital solutions using our blend of CGI, simulations and 3D-4D planning. You will work with and support the growth and deployment of skilled digital resources.This role involves managing projects and relationships with revenue and growth responsibilities. You will be a key client contact, ensuring satisfaction through excellence and hands-on problem-solving to drive measurable value in complex scenarios.This role can start as part time or full-time contract depending on the candidate. We are flexible in our approach and hire for attitude and the right person.Interviews will be online and in person in London in June – July.Hybrid Mandate:This position combines hands-on project and planning management, client-facing account management with revenue and account growth responsibility.You will be in client offices at least half of the time, if not full time, to support and facilitate conversations across the transformations we bring to complex megaprojects.You will be a people-person firstly and love the interaction of working shoulder to shoulder with incredible people doing incredible work.This is not just a planning or account role. This is about leading change across London’s major infrastructure by combining cutting-edge digital technologies with smart project thinking.As the bridge between clients and our team of digital delivery experts, you will:

• Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships of value and identify new opportunities to solve problems for clients in line with our mission.
• Collaborate and facilitate multi-disciplinary teams in the array of integrated planning tasks required, utilizing our technology stacks including CGI, AI, ML, digital twins, 3D, 4D, visualisation, streaming and more.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business.
• Oversee successful delivery of digital projects (on time, budget, quality).
• Act as an escalation point for project issues, engaging in \”in the weeds\” technical problem-solving.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and robust project governance.
• Champion best practices in digital delivery to achieve real outcomes for clients.
• Manage project resourcing and prioritisation efficiently and effectively.
• Manage client expectations in time, cost and quality to ensure understanding and satisfaction

Experience:

• 10+ years major projects experience in the industry
• A network of contacts and experiences relevant to the role is advantageous.
• Proven management experience with revenue and growth responsibility.
• Success in account and project management of technical services.

Skills:

• A people-person with a passion to support integration and interfaces, drive efficiency, quality, safety, shared understanding for client success.
• Understanding of construction, planning, design especially of stakeholder management and design integration.

Qualifications:

• Qualification in related field across design, engineering, planning, management or digital.
