Job Description
Owen Reed is looking for a Senior Legal PA for a top law firm in the Private Real Estate department in London.
Senior Legal PA – Private Real Estate (12 Month FTC)
📍 London | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Legal PA to support Partners within a leading Private Real Estate team. The role is partner-focused and requires a proactive, highly organised individual who delivers exceptional client service and takes full ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive diary, inbox and international travel management
- Acting as first point of contact for Partners and key clients
- Managing the full matter lifecycle including onboarding, compliance, filing and archiving
- Supporting billing, WIP management and liaising with Finance and Credit Control
- Preparing and coordinating legal and property documents
- Liaising with internal teams including Document Production, Business Services and Legal Support
- Supporting business development activities, events and presentations
About You:
- Previous experience as a Senior Legal PA or Legal PA in a law firm
- Strong experience supporting Partners in a fee-earning environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong IT skills across MS Office and legal systems
