We are currently looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in London Bridge. The role is designed to progess people quickly so that they can become a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, managing an existing client base with warm relationships.

We are offering full-time positions which includes a very comprehensive 16-weeks programme, designed to prepare you for a future leadership role in our business. Our programme is delivered by a dedicated in-house team, and you will also have a mentor who will coach you on a one-to-one basis. You will be given a huge amount of support, and the opportunity to grow.

The Role:

You will be building relationships with people across your industry, and developing a network of contacts. The role would suit those with high levels of enthusiasm, good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ambition.

The role will include:

• Building professional relationships with external candidates
• Developing a network of contacts
• Meeting clients
• Sourcing leads
• Pitching and presenting
• Hitting weekly activity targets
