We are advising a progressive Top 50 UK Law firm on the strategic build-out of their L500 Ranked Real Estate Group, based in their Liverpool office. We are seeking an ambitious Senior Associate, Legal Director, or experienced Commercial Real Estate Partner who is looking to join a progressive firm receiving significant investment. This firm has a strong national and NW reputation, offering transparent progression and partner structures across the UK. The Role The Real Estate Group is ranked in the L500 within their core regions. The Liverpool team is well-established, providing services in Landlord & Tenant, Asset Management, Development & Regeneration Projects. Although the Liverpool Real Estate Team is smaller compared to other offices, this offers a senior lawyer the opportunity for autonomy and clear progression. You will be responsible for fee earning, networking, and business development, with support from ambitious junior team members. This is a growth role with excellent remuneration and a transparent route to partnership or equity for existing partners.
