Job Details Providing strong expertise and steer for relevant regulatory requirements across motor and home claims and anti-fraud areas – reviewing, analysing and challenging MI in support of compliance with these regulatory requirements Identifying and highlighting emerging regulatory risks and regulatory changes and preparing summaries and impact analyses for the function, supported by relevant and pragmatic recommendations Determining and executing target state 1st line risk, control, compliance, governance and assurance model, working with business owners to establish best practice, embedding the right accountabilities in the right place Driving the Quality and Control Programme, ensuring we have the right quality and controls are in place, operating consistently and effectively as designed, with clear visibility of all regulatory requirements and supporting assurance Creating the right environments, culture and frameworks to ensure we have high quality standards and outcomes for customers and the business Ensuring we have the appropriate governance and assurance in place, providing clear visibility, oversight and management via straightforward principles and frameworks, with high quality documentation to show how we do what we do and why we\’ve done it Skills we would love you to have Strong experience working within an FCA regulated environment – ideally general insurance/broking/insurer compliance Experience of leading teams to implement and manage compliance and control frameworks, including risk, control, assurance and governance requirements Confidence to engage with various stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and drive change What we offer Join us and you\’ll find a different way of doing things.
